Sewer/Septic: There is no centralized Sewer Service within "Lakeland", all properties are required to have a Walker County Texas and TRA (Trinity River Authority) Approved Septic / Aerobic System.

Due to the weight of most trash trucks only the following Trash Services are allowed to pickup within Lakeland to save / maintain our roads which are owned and maintained by the POA through the Yearly POA Dues.
Eagle Sanitation - Provides can, trash picked up on Monday morning, trash must be bagged. Contact number: 936-293-6414.
J&N Waste
